Delivery

We are proud to offer delivery services Monday through Friday and can arrange deliveries as early as “next-day”.

Should you not need your appliances right away, we are more than happy to store the appliances in our warehouse for up to 1-year. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us — we’re more than happy to answer any questions!

Things to know:

  • Pre-measure your doorways, entrances and hallways to ensure your new appliance will fit.  In rare situations products may fit tight or not at all, you will be liable for any additional costs associated with the delivery. (i.e. removing doors in order for the appliance to fit into the house)
  • Access is needed to a dedicated elevator for an apartment or high-rise delivery
  • Delivery Personnel are not licensed to do any installations.
  • Arrange to have old appliances disconnected before delivery
  • We can remove any old appliance from your home for a nominal disposal fee of $10 per appliance.

Delivery Locations and Charges

Charges for delivery within 30km from our warehouse start as low as $79.99, plus $10 per additional item. There is a $1.50 fee for each additional km traveled outside our 30km radius.

Warranty Information

  • Shop with confidence and take comfort in knowing that all products we sell include a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. We also offer extended warranties, Appliances can be warrantied for an additional 4-years (5-years in total), Electronics can be warrantied for an additional 3-years (4-years in total).
  • Should something go wrong with an item purchased under warranty, the unit will be diagnosed and repaired by a registered manufacturer-certified technician.
  • If you request a service call and the technician deems the unit to be working in perfect condition, the customer will be required to cover the cost of the service call.

Return Policy

  • All items purchased from ADH Sales are final sale
  • Inventory inspected and agreed upon by customers (in person) are final sale
  • If an item was not measured correctly at time of purchase and needs to be returned, the customer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (plus HST), in addition to incurring any costs associated with delivering the unit back to our warehouse.
